PROCESS FILTRATION

Vent Filters

Vent filters are used to remove dust, pollen, and other particulate matter from the air, and are placed on top tanks or in compressed air lines. They are typically made of pleated hydrophobic membranes. The membrane is typically rated as 0.2 microns, which produces sterile air.

High flow capacity Reduced housing footprint and fewer cartridges.
Reliable retention Consistent performance across critical processes.
Broad compatibility Multiple media and seal configurations available.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Designed for efficient, dependable filtration

Integrity testing in Australia is classified into two types: destructive and non-destructive. At CoPure, we prioritize quality assurance by conducting destructive testing on samples from every manufacturing lot of sterilizing-grade filter products. Additionally, non-destructive testing is performed on each sterilizing-grade filter before sale to ensure its integrity.

● Pre-Analysis Protection: Extends the lifespan of your HPLC columns by removing damaging micro-particles.

● High Flow Rates: Engineered with premium membranes for faster filtration with less hand pressure.

● Low Hold-Up Volume: Minimizes sample loss, making them ideal for high-value or limited-volume samples.

● Universal Compatibility: Available in multiple pore sizes and materials (like Nylon, PTFE, and PVDF) to suit any solvent.
